Level requirements: At LEAST lvl48 for ranged combat - 49/50 for melee.

Class restrictions: None - open to all classes.

Experience requirements: None - Rift virgins and vetrens are all welcome.

Please ensure you at least read through the RIFT stratergy and guide section of our website BEFORE the start of the event.
This leads to quicker progression through the rift itself, as well as far less full-raid wipes!

You will need:

At least one 15minute Hope token.
Cure wound (red) potions
Power potions (bigger the better!)
Poison Potions (4-5 would be more than enough)

Some general advice:

Ensure your weapons and armour are repaired BEFORE starting the event... a broken axe or shield is likely to result in you and perhaps the raid wiping.

Leave ALL your unrequired equiptment in your vault / chests.
If you bring it.. it'll just get damaged, increasing your costs of repair.

ENABLE VOICE CHAT! Even if you don't have a microphone, enable your voice chat, then get someone to test it with you.
We use voice chat to guide and co-ordinate attacks within the rift. there just isn't enough time to type everything.
(For those who've not used it.. you will want to turn ALL audio in the game off, or right down - I have all mine set to 0.2 - EXCEPT for the voip setting... otherwise you wont hear a thing once the battle starts.

Follow what the rift-leader is saying. Even if you don't think it's right.. do what they say.
I learnt this the hard way by using the guardian skill "Challenge" to protect the minstrel once.. it ended up in an entire raid-wipe, as it caught the attention of a slave-master, who gave all the other mobs 300% increase in melee damage.... ouch indeed :)

Bar that.. the sense of achievement and satisfaction you gain from this place is second to none within the game.
