Well the party is over and I can say that it left me quite bushed.
The lads started gathering (and drinkin') at the Kin Hall from about 6.30pm.
Where was I during this preliminary festivity.. I was out running around the length and breadth o' Eriador advertising the fact that we where having a party.

"Baruk Khazad, Khazad ai Menu - We are having a party tae celebrate our 10th Birthday. Anyone that can bring drink is welcome.. Free hats also available"

And the like.

While the lads back at the Kin Hall where keeping everyone entertained I arranged for a Band to come and play fer us (to save the Kins collectives lungs..)

Much ale was drunk and pipeweed smoked, some o' us wrestled the Tentacle of Helchgam. Others just admired the trophies.. Many drank a little too much of the Hobbit Brandy and woke up far afield.

Then we took the festivities on the road and the Dwarf's came first to the Shire (all those lovely micro pubs) and then on tae terrorize.. er I mean celebrate in the Prancing pony.

After a 10 minute wait (and various arguments about lighting fires in doors and the waitress replying "do you want to see the menu" every time someone cried "Khazad Ai Menu") the band arrived and set up for a very nice set.

Although Glomin was a bit annoyed at the last few numbers chosen ("I'm too sexy" was one), but he had just got back from the Rift so was stressed.

In all over 50 people attended.. How do I know this.. well I made 57 hats and had 6 left over at the end. The end that was basically about 10.30pm.

Many new friends where made (and a few new kin created too) and the generosity of our kin is known to all who attended.
